First u have to download limewire.
If you refer about the second episode put search video, and search like this: Lost.s03e02.xvid hdtv
For episode 7, (the second part) search like this: lost.s03e07 xvid hdtv
That words makes limewire search the dvd quality episodes and no other than episode 7. Sometimesyou download one that says season 3 episode 7 and it really is episode 1.
