Has anyone been to the Six Flags park in Chicago, IL? Is it any fun? What rides are good?

Yea, it's Six Flags Chicago, but technically it's in Gurnee. I've drove past it on my way home to Green Bay.

The answer is YES! Although it can be pricy, the roller coasters are amazing. It may not be the best park for kids under 10 years old, but other than that its great. Must rides are Raging Bull, American Eagle the Viper, Batman and Iron Wolf.

Six Flags is in Gurnee Il, about 40 miles north west of Chicago. If you've been to on Six Flags, you pretty much been to all of them.

six flags in chicago is awesome!! i have been there about 4 times. my favorite rides are the whizzer,demon,and superman (all rollercoasters). if you are taking kids with you there is a kids section with a little ferris wheel,i tiny rolloercoaster that takes your picture that you can purchase, and other fun rides!

It's fun and the rides are all good but my opinion is its extremely pricey. If you want a cheap thrills place, visit Bay Beach in Wisconsin. I think its near Green Bay. They have rides there for less than 50 cents apiece. They aren't as thrilling as great america, there's no roller coasters, but they have carnival type rides like tilt-a-whirl, yo-yo swings, bumper cars, a train, a giant slide and other stuff. Wading pool for kids.

Great America? Great fun. Go on a hot day so you can go on the Loggers Run and the Yankee Clipper and you won't get cold after you get splashed.
