I know someone who has to go to court today for domestic assault charges. Is there a way I can find out what?

Someone told me once (a long time ago) that you could find this info online. I've searched and can't find it. Any ideas?

It depends on the jurisdiction you live in BUT most court proceedings are public record. Go to the court house and look at the file and docket entries.

Those records are sealed in most cases except the charges picked up by the state and the final disposition .
