we are trying to concieve and we were wondering if you had better luck having sex 3 times a week as in everyother day or having sex EVERYAY and if you have any other adivice please it would be helpful

Every other day is better. If you have sex every day then the amount of active sperm is decreased. You should also try having sex around your most fertile time usually thats the 13-16th day of your cycle. To increase the chance of conception try putting a pillow under your hips and remain laying down after sex to encourage the sperm to travel upward into the vagina. In addition positions with deep penetration like woman on top or rear entry give you a better chance because the sperm is deposited closer to the cervix. Good Luck!

every other day, it takes about 48 hours for the man's sperm to get back up to high levels

have you tried the ovualtion monitors? they are great and inexpensive, this way you can pinpoint your ovualtion much better.
