germs spread blah blah blah.... it's to stop the corpses smelling if no one notices a patient has died, the parking is because you are capative and need to be there so they screw you for as much as they can get.

Because there can be bacterias in hot wheater.They protect the medicines in cold wheater..But I can't able to say someting about car parks :-)
And I hate from hospitals because of their smell.
