I was just recently moved to the flyer position on my cheerleading team. Were level four. I have great flexability, I'm just not so good at flying...I also have to fly in an scorpion realease to arabasque full down. If anyone has any good tips on fllying at all it would be greatly appriciated, but I really need help with single-leg stunt full down, and yes there all extended stunt.

well when flying you have to try as hard as you can to carry your own weight, by really tightening up. squeeze every muscle, especially your legs and butt. keep all your motions tight and LOCK YOUR KNEES. when you cradle or do a full down or anything do NOT bend your knee or try and jump down to a cradle. i hope i helpd. good luck <3 and remember, dont look down either. ever. good luck. im sure you will do great
