I say send her a gift (nothing big, maybe some flowers or something, I've always been a fan of the single rose) anonymously. Then give her a ring an drop subtle hints that it was you.

Why do you feel the need to "tell" her that you like her?
Shouldn't she sort of know that anyways if you're giving her the right signs?
