well the sky isn't blue because of the sun per se. The sky is blue because that the color nitrogen fluoresces at. The real question would be what color would the sky be if the atmosphere wasn't made up mostly of nitrogen? Also the answer to your question would be the sky would be blue still, because the nitrogen would still be reflecting blue light. Our current sunlight is a full spectrum though including blue, so excluding all the other primary colors in it perhaps a blue light sun would make just a darker blue sky, but that would be more due to the absence of the other colors as to the presence of blue.

It would still be blue! The colour of the sky is determined by the inelastic scattering of light, which is more effective towards the blue end of the spectrum. As no energy change is involved, if the sun's rays were blue, the sky would still be blue.

We see the sky as blue because blue light is scattered from the sunlight. If the sun's light were blue, it would still be scattered, and the sky would still be blue.
But at sunset, the sky turns red because the red light of the sun's rays are not scattered and come straight at us while the blue light is scattered towards places where the sun is not setting. If the sun were blue, then the sky would turn black at sunset.

It would still be blue. The blue color is caused by the Ozone in the atmosphere. It wouldn't change due to the same colors being absorbed and reflected.
