Just go to www.bt-junkie.com and search for tatu there. (You also need BT downloader for this, which you can easily get from www.bittorrent.com).
Another 'free' option is eMule. Just go to www.download.com and download eMule there. Install it and use internal search to find any song you need.

When you search in eMule you may need the Russian titles of the songs.
