hope anyone can help me.. when i was in my vacation in my homecity, i went to see an ob-gyne bcoz of my irregular menstruation.then i have to go back aboard. so my ob gave me provera 2/day in five days. and another set of provera for next month. after my first cycle in provera i got my period in 4 days.i was so happy. but i forgot to ask my ob when to take the 2nd set for next month.. she said if it doesnt work i have to go see an ob in abroad..any idea when to take the 2nd set? please help..thanks

I would give it at least 40 days or so to see if you have a cycle naturally before using the provera again. It is safe to go up to 3 months without a period.
Also, if you are having intercourse then be sure to check for pregnancy before using the provera again.

my ob gave me provera and said if i didn't get my "period" within six weeks, again, then to take the next set. good luck. so six weeks from the first date of that last "period". would be my advice.
