Michael Myers without a doubt. The fact that he never spoke, never showed any kind of expression. (Yes, I know he wore a mask, but you can still convey emotion). You just knew that he was a ruthless killer with no remorse.

Plus, in my opinion, the Halloween theme music is the scariest music ever! The fact that it is so simple makes it even scarier.

I sooo agree Micheal Myers is the scariest. I just knew he was gonna get me after I saw it!!! The music is so suspenseful, you knew something bad was going to happen, but the scariest part was something didn't always happen, so it kept you on the edge; same with the Jaws theme too.

Hannibal Lecter - he looks just like everyone else. A fictional character but nevertheless human not like a freddy or a jason
