I couldn't agree more. I think is pitiful how people are fascinated with people who didn't contribute a damn thing in their life.

Well, I think she was more of a train wreck. You couldn't help but watch. I know when she had the E! reality show it was one of my guilty pleasures. You tuned in to watch the mayhem, and we never knew what would come out of her mouth. It's the voyeur that lives in all of us to an extent.
I had kept an eye on her federal case, just because it was the first in history to go to the supreme court. And of course I watched after her son died. So, I guess I wouldn't call it so much of a fascination as I would entertainment, much like Jessica Simpson, when her reality show came out I watched only to see what stupidity would fall out of her mouth this week; although I know (and also believe it's at least partially true for Anna Nicole) the stupidity and naivete` was an act for the cameras, and their "fans". It's what made them famous, famous for their stupidity.

Some type of strange fascination, I guess. I like watching soap operas and seeing her story on the news is like watching another episode. Curiosity too.

I am not fascinated by her at all. It made me sick to watch her tramp around with no morals and decency. I think that she was a waste of skin. No disrespect intended towards her family but she lived a horrible existence.

Hey I identified with her, she was hilarious, didn't care what people thought about her, and lived her life to the fullest, (devil may care) everybody's opinion of you doesn't count, and she had a good time. She had drug problems, what percent of the population in America doesn't. She was on legal prescription drugs just like Elvis and they killed her. Give her a break

i think its because of the 80 year old man she married when she was like 20, and the whole thing about the money. Also its sad when you just give birth and your 20yr old son dies with you in the room.

You answered your own question.
She was and always has been Car Crash viewing. The same people who turn their head to view an accident scene are the same people who turn their head to view her destroy herself.

Actually I did not like her one bit. She had no good morals. But lets not slam her. Let her rest in peace
