According to VH1 and also MTV the very best love song of all time is 'Nothing Compares 2U' by Sinead O'Connor.
The song is quite old though (1990).
In order to get the feeling of the song you need to watch the music video (you can watch it on youtube.com) and you also need to know the story behind the song (the singer has actually had cancer).
Personally I think it is amazing. You will love it.
