Okay I have been in different relationships and I never was treated like a lady. I always fronted everything for anything. Food I paid...clothes I bought...everything. Now I have met the perfect one. I mean he goes to extreme to care for me. But he doesn't understand when i say "you didn't have to do that" he says he was suppose to. I mean...I was never bought anything for Sweetest Day and he got me somethings and I wasn't use to that I cried. He told me flat out..."why you crying" I mean I told him that he needs to give me time to get use to the fact that I never had to go thru this. It was always me buying. I mean don't get me wrong I am grateful. But at the same time all i ask is for him to bare with me. Let me get use to it. Am I wrong for saying that?

Now that he understands that you were always the one buying things, or doing things for your ex's....and you're not used to this wonderful treatement....but now...it's time to take it in...enjoy it...and not look back in the past. I know it's hard to get use to....but just smile and thank him emensly* Keep on doing things for him also to show how much he means to you*~ Actions speak louder than words* So SHOW him *

You have already explained it to him, so just be grateful and enjoy him. He is never going to understand how you feel because he has not been there, so don't try to force him to understand. Just try to get used to it and continue to be thankful.

you hurt him, just enjoy wat u have now. he is doing that to show he pamper and cares about you.
