I loathe our neighbour downstairs and her two out of control kids. It isn't the kids' fault that they act up, the blame lies with the lazy pot head of a mother who refuses to discipline them.
After this trio, I dislike the owner of the building for renting to her to begin with. Actually, he rented the place to her ex; he was lucky. He left her -- he managed to escape.
