In Pokemon Emerald, How to I get them to take the devon goods? Or who Am I suppose to take it to?

After you get the devon goods, go to slateport and take them to the captain. You'll find him in the museum and there you'll need to face team aqua. Afterwards, you'll be able to give the Devon Goods to him.

you take the devon goods to the president at the top of the huge building in Rustburo City.

You go to slateport go to the shipyard then automatically someone will talk to you then go the port of then go to the museum then you will battle team aqua/magma(depends on what version) then you battle with two members of team blah blah blah then theirleader then after that you talk to capt. stern

easy go to saleport go to the muesuem battle team aqua there go upstairs then there is someone named capt.stern but you have to beat two team aquas then team aquas leader well came but he wont do anything and then they leave and you can give it to him
