Midol, Pamprin, all different sorts of things... You could also try Activa, or eating less Salt.

Drink more water. Yes, I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but your body is thinking that you don't have enough water, so it is trying to retain it. If you drink a plentiful supply of water throughout the day it should help you.
