I don't want to be the only man that doesn't do anything for his wife. How can I make something simple to make her happy?

Showing someone you care about then does not have to cost money...Make her dinner, clean up the house, do the laundry or dishes...TELL her that you love her....write down your emotions, turn down the bed for her, allow her some quiet time for a long bubble bath....And expect nothing in return for your showing her kindness...She knows your broke if she is your wife and simply giving of yourself is really, really nice as far as I am concerned and far outweighs anything bought in a store!..ss

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it more of a homemade feeling.

Write her a romantic poem and attach a picture of the two of you to it. Or you could make her a burned CD with songs that mean something to you and/or remind you of her. If you want the poem to rhyme, you can get help by searching for a rhyming dictionary on Yahoo!. If you wanted to do something more extravagant, you could create a sort of scavenger hunt for her to find the gift. I personally think that would be fun.

It first depends on how much money you have. You can first make her dinner. It you don't know how to cook then spagetti and a salad is the best. A card that expresses your love for her. A single red rose. If you have kids maybe get someone to watch them for the night. You can make love to her. Sex is the best gift and that is always free. I hope this helps.

some ideas:
*write her a love letter. like in the old days...that´s what my husband did and I loved it...personally I don´t like poems..just write about all your wonderful feelings for her...
*cook her a very nice dinner and forbid her to enter the kitchen at all times...do the cleaning-up as well, and she´ll be thrilled...
*..change the bedsheets and put rose leaves on the pillow..
*..do all the cleaning for a week..
