Most ATMs capture video or snap of the person withdrawing amounts; for how long do they keep the records? (especially ICICI IndianBank and UTI)?

If they do maintain records for over 5 years, how does one obtain those information for legal purposes?

Most banks hold information forever and some for up to seven years. If it details lots of research up may be charged up to $30. an hour to find this information. Every bank puts information onto micro fiche. Contact your bank and let them know what you are looking for. They will need several days to find the information so don't wait until the last minute if it is that important.

They keep these records long enough that I got convicted of robbing an ATM 3 years later. Now I have lots of time to post messages on Yahoo! Answers.
