From what I was reading on wikipedia, he had reportedly said that he was homosexual. I am wondering if that is true. He is my favorite soap actor.

It really doesn't matter to me if he is or not. I've loved his acting and character (Luke) since the 70's so that fact will never change. He makes the show when he's on and I'm so glad that one veteran actor is still arond after all this time. Who can forget the Luck & Laura saga and I really enjoyed when Genie was back for a few short weeks. I guess my answer would have to be as long as he's happy...I'm happy for him............

Apparently so, however; when he was on the show the rumors had it that he liked to be naked during the love scenes instead of wearing a body stocking. Odd behavior for a gay man.

If that's what you read at Wikipedia it's probably true. I agree with you, he is a really good actor, one of GH's best.

I really enjoy him on GH. I thought it was just common knowledge that he was homosexual.
I heard him say that he spends a lot of the year in Denmark where he can live in peace because no one knows who he is.

I don't know that I've ever read that he was gay, but I've always kind of known it. Doesn't make me any difference - he's still one of the very best actors on television, and one of the top three on daytime.

He never has said it right out but if you watched "One Day With" on soapnet he was talking about his "partner"...
