Is American Idol Really Live??

Question

They say American Idol is Live, but is all of it really live? They have a thing at the very end where if you read it, it says parts of it have been edited which gets me to wondering if it is really live like they say....then I get to wondering even further if it is even worth voting and if our votes really count. Any thoughts??

I actually know the correct answer for this. The show is live. At the end of the Tuesday night show when they are showing clips of each performer so you can look at them all one more time before voting, those clips are actually shot during the dress rehearsal that afternoon. They said they just can't get the clips of the live show done in such a short amount of time. If you watch carefully you will notice that the audience in the background behind the singers will be different from the live show and the clip from the dress rehearsal.

American Idol IS a live show, but not the episodes that are airing now. Right now, we're still watching the Judge's selectiion process, but on the shows where there is a live audience, they're live.

certain, each and everything is stay except for the taped parts they educate (behind the curtain, interviews with the contestants, etc) and Idol supplies again (the outcomes educate) is likewise no longer stay because that is hung on dissimilar stages and is composed of many performers, so that they tape it in the previous.

Well Hollywood and the auditions isnt live....but i am pretty sure that the show like when they performe on the stage one by one is live

i think its like taped during the summer because if you look at the weather (like right now over the internet or something) the weather id different and idk about the votes i think that like simon and paula and randy decide, like in the very end , they look at the votes but yea i think its crap
