I have Adobe Photoshop.How do I get pic on there from my computer ?

open photoshop and on the top left you will see "file" click that and then click "open"

A browse window comes open and just browse to where you have the picture and double click the picture.

Start the Photoshop program
Click on File in the menu
Click on Open
Browse to the picture you want to get into the program
Click "OK".
