I hate that question. I would think that America would vote for the candidate that we felt is qualified to run the country. Whether or not that candidate is male, female, blue, or green should not factor into it because it doesn't determine intelligence or capability. What do you think?

I don't like Barack Obama because he is one of the most liberal Senators in Washington who would have no success in the conservative South when they learn what he's really all about which is almost opposite of his moderate speeches in which he lies. Hillary may be more electable but she has a lot of baggage mainly a husband named Bill and a 42% negative rating. Condy Rice fits both criteria but I see her as more a VP candidate at this time, but she could be a major contender in future years.

Is America ready for a woman president; I wish that I could say yes to this question, but at this present time I think not...I just don't think that the woman to take the votes in this country has not showed herself to the American Public...If you think along the lines of Hillary Clinton, it amazes me that people just don't realize the banking skeletons in her closet other than the other dark clouds around her...Her law firm was at the forefront of the American Savings & Loan Scandals that wracked our country....I could never trust her in the White House(It may take a village, just not her damn village...)
As for a person of color, Barack Hussein Obama(Illinois Senator), could very well be the next President....Voters need
to worry not about the color of his parent's skin and worry about the future of our country...Our current leaders have continued to commit war crimes, continued to lie about the way things happen, and they continue to line the pockets of their oilfield cronies while forcing out the middle class....I am a staunch supporter of Mr. Obama as well as anyone should be if they use their brains to consider the issues and forget what the skin color is.....THERE IS BUT ONE RACE ON THIS PLANET, THE HUMAN RACE......GET OVER THE STUPID CRAP AND CONCENTRATE ON BRINGING THE U.S.A. BACK TO A TIME OF GREATNESS......

In a perfect world that would be nice..but that is not reality. The fact is there are alot of people that are still biggots and racist, and sexist, and bias, and those are just the ones that are open about it..There are also alot of people who feel that VOTING is a waste of time, and until this reality is over come we are at the mercy of whatever happens..........GET OUT AND VOTE,AND USE YOUR OWN MIND NOT THE LEFT OR RIGHTS!!!!!! THINK FOR YOURSELF!

Even as politically INCORRECT as this answer is, the answer is definately NO.

Regardless of what people say outwardly, when they go to the booth they take their opinions with them.

Making it worse, in this case is that beyond being a black man with a Muslim name and HIllary not being able to control her husband, let alone a world leader, neither of them are people of principle, have no solutions to any of the problems they decry and change their mind according to the results of the latest CNN - Gallup poll.

we are waiting if he's any solid. I downloaded James Buchanan's free Biography written through an in intensity pal over his lifetime. the guy grow to be heavily no longer gay. The poetry that he wrote about no longer marrying a lady he grow to be in love with, who lived with Dolly Madison, ought to no longer be faked.

I Think not. You still have to remove that "African" before "Americans" first(African-Americans) .
A women president ?! i don't know, if they really have the power in U.S. yet.
