It all depends on your chronological age and your mental age.
If your IQ is 100 then this means that your mental age matches your chronological age. An IQ of higher than 100 means you are working beyond the majority.
On the Cattell scale of intelligence, half the population are expected to have IQs between 90 and 110. 25% score above 110 and 25% score below 90. If yours is 120-130 then you are in top 10%, 130 and above then you are in top 3%.

Average intelligence is between 90 and 110, according to iqtestforfree.com. Below 70 is retardation, 70 to 80 is borderline deficiency, 80 to 90 is below average, 90 to 110 is average, 110 to 120 is above average, 120 to140 is superior intelligence, and over 140 is ingenius.
