Oh, yeah, depending on who you are it can do all kinds of weird stuff. People have reported orgasm causing them to: sneeze or develop nasal congestion, faint, develop migraines (bummer), see visions (!), and all other kinds of things.
Biochemically, orgasm causes the release of a chemical called prolactin (along with many other chemicals), which cause post-orgasm relaxation and tiredness. Physically, orgasm makes the cervix (in women only, obviously) to dip down into where semen tends to pool if you aren't using a condom, and the arteries in the penis to contract.

i guess all orgasms are different. mine are intense and they feel pretty good it feels like you are about to use the bathroom on yourself but trust me it is not. It is natural...lol
