I know that these things can be hard I had a problem which I experianced the same symptoms as you but it was over a mean bully I was so afraid to even go to school and having the same class was painful I would get nervous and my heart would race so fast. I started getting help from my friends and I slowly got stronger and was able to ignore most of the stuff. I still don't want to be in the same room or near her but I am able to put behind the bad things and enjoy life again it just takes time more time for others but you shouldn't let that guy control your life try to do fun stuff make new friends and do something exciting so when you see him again you will feel better about yourself and realise you don't need him

Without a doubt! It does not topic if most effective one million out of one hundred used to be interested. It demands to be there for them. There are tons of fathers who wish to be dads. And sure, fathers are marginalized in our society. The courts have all however gotten to the factor in which fathers are visible as not anything however a expertise financial supply. It is certainly disgusting and unsuitable that each one fathers endure this because of the popularity that a few fathers' behaviour has precipitated. No marvel such a lot of fathers' rights corporations are shooting up.

You could benifit from counselling. I say this simply because if you have to ask someone else if you need it, and assuming you know yourself, it would appear you just want reassurance that it is "ok" or acceptable to seek such a device. However they will just want you to take drugs; as the drug mfg. pay politicians and psychiatrist and basicly support modern psychiatrics.

you're describing symptoms of PTSD, which is understandable coming from an abusive relationship. I would definitely seek some therapy.
