Use like Dial soap/body wash or any soap will do. Aviod having to much hair around there can it get to be a dirt net. Clean every where, scrotum, penis and under the shaft on the penis ie, the head of it can be where dirt can be trapped the most. Happy cleaning. ;)

Use a good deodorant soap like Dial or Coast.
As an aside you can also either wax or shave the hair down there as the hair tends to trap body odors.

If you are washing regularly why do you think your "privates" are not clean? If this is something you think about a lot, you may have obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). You should discuss this with a doctor.

what do you mean nothing happens? :o/
generally washing regularly is a pretty safe bet on getting/keeping something clean.
perhaps go see a doctor? a perpetually dirty private region sounds kinda sick to me...

I'm not sure how it's not clean but, throw some gold bond powder in you drawers before you put them on. That will help.
