Unlikly that a difference would come simply from class alone, although people who have similar attitudes/upbringing tend to cut out wholesale anyone different, particualrly after a certain age.
I suggest you consider what your reasons are for going to church and focus on those when fratenising with others their as its the one thing you have in common. It may be your motivations are very different from their own.
Try other activities , as well, not instead of, church. things that reflect you and your interests that you may never have tried before. If its rubbish you can always try something else the following week.

u know my friend, let me give you some advice.
Friends yeh, well from my experience, can me deceiptful and manipulative - ofcourse, its not all of the people in this world, but some of them. From my experience, my only friends are my wife and family.
Moving on, i know you cant have the same fun with your family opposed to your friends but thats some sacrifices i made for not having friends that screwed me over alot of the time.
At the moment, ive got a couple of friends that are a good laff and we meet up every now and agen.
Less is more.

Class as nothing to do with it.
Trying getting involved in church activities a bit more that way you will get to know them better. They may feel the same. Be confident just talk to them about what you know dont try to be anyone else but yourself.

Don't worry,it's not you,a lot of people who go to church are holier than thou hypocrites, you don't need to go to church to believe in God.They're the weird ones, not you.

maybe this just goes to show that just because you believe in a religion that not your whole life has to revolve around it... go to other places..... there are nice people outside of religion you know!!!!!!
