It's a long shot but is it possible to get 2 v16s, put 4 turbos and a supercharger on them and stick them together in a car?

No room in a street car unless specially built. Two 16 cylinder crankshafts bolted or chained driven together most likely would create disaster. You'd create too much torque twist in the motor's crankshaft closest to the final drive transmission and rear end ( tractor trailer Housing). I have seen four V-12 Allison 1710 cubic inch motors turbo charged, alcohol, fuel injected aircraft engines used on pulling tractors. Each engine had it's one drag race Crower Glide slipper clutch feeding into multi -gear boxes eventually feeding into a huge Tractor "skidder" rear end housing complete with planitary gears that drove the seperate (2) rear hubs and wheel tire combinations. This combination of motors would create a concervitive 8,000 hp.

yes, but the amount of hood/ engine compartment you would need makes it improbable that you would ever see it on the street. Actually I think Jay Leno has one.
