I was very much surprised that my husband was upset when I cut my hair once. He said he REALLY liked it. He asked that in the future I tell him if I plan to get it cut. That is the weirdest thing he's ever done...

Well for all the people who responded that it's her choice and he has no right to get mad, would those women mind if their guy shaved his head, got a mowhawk, dyed his hair blue, parted his hair down the middle or combed it to the side, or grew his hair to his waist (or whatever style you think is unappealing on men)? We all have our preferences, like it or not, so yeah, it's going to be disappointing if we are not attracted to the person's looks and we didn't even know it was coming. Personally, my boyfriend likes my hair long. He said he would not be mad if I cut it, but he would be disappointed. I am not upset by this. It's human nature. It's your choice about whether or not to compromise, but you're a team so a little consideration isn't such a bad thing as long as the other person doesn't make you feel bad about yourself.

you're joking, right?!? Why on earth would you have the right to tell someone else how they can wear their hair? Is she just property like a dog? Good grief
If you get mad over petty stuff like that, anyway, what do you do when something really important happens?
And no, my husband is his own person, he can wear his hair how ever he wants-- but, it probably won't be green or a mohawk, just not his style :-)

My husband loves my hair long and dislikes short, boyish styles on women. He wouldn't get mad if I cut it but I think he'd be a little disappointed or sad. He thinks my hair is attractive and sexy.

No it's her hair, let her be comfortable, if that means cutting & styling it differently may make her feel better about herself u shouldn't stand in the way. HAIR does not make the person !!!!

Hell no they should not be mad, its none of their corporation PLUS they dont would desire to deal w/ all the subject that comes w/ it. And it is going to possibly no longer count to you yet hair all the way down to a women butt seems disgusting to me. there's a woman in my bio classification that has it like that and its surprisingly nasty. in any case, take excitement in it reason it seems one hundred% greater efficient

Yes! She knows I like long hair. I know it's not my hair and it should be her choice, but I would still care a lot.

that`s not a reason to get mad, you have to see this as a change that makes her more attractive and she brings something new to her image.
