I don't know much about Britney Spears, so I can't label her as being stupid. She might be kind of smart, and ambitious. It's really hard to tell.
I think Paris Hilton is a lot more intelligent than what her public persona gives off. I mean she's getting paid big time cash to do literally nothing. And, she's not ugly, but she's far from being a Super Model.
So, I think Jessica Simpson is the obvious choice. Someone said earlier that she has the deer in the headlights look, and I would agree. Jessica Simpson is famous only because she is a drop dead beautiful woman. She is a terrible actress, singer, and as far as I know, Dancer. Everything is about her looks. She comes from a Bible beating family out of Texas, and loves George Dubya Bush. I would have to say she's the dumbest, but hey, she's probably the best looking person I've ever seen.
