Over the past four years, I had been in Fixed Terms Appointments from three months to 6 months, leading to permanent. However, none of them materialized. I am really exhausted in finding job now. I am quering up for benefit.

if you carry on holding fate and luck responsible for your whole life you'll end up with nothing. Stop thinking you can't control things and look to yourself to see what you're doing wrong. Why did none of these jobs materialise? are you perhaps going for jobs that don't suit you or that you're not up to? are you trying hard enough to hold onto your jobs? sorry but that attitude of blaming fate is going to get you NOWHERE

I don't think there is such a thing as good or bad luck. You have just hit a bump on the road. We go through good things & bad things in life. When you get up in the morning think positive. This sounds corny but say to yourself outloud "I am a successful and talented person and today I will find my dream job" and always give it your all. Don't slack off just because you think they won't hire you. You never know who is watching. Everyone likes someone with a good attitude. Thomas Edison tried over 1000 times before he invented the light bulb. It's not how many times you fall but that you get right back up.

Take care & GOD BLESS YOU.

Are you thinking that numbers might be the cause like in 3 6 9 they can be either months or years.
Been there done it never held a job over the time limit of these numbers, if i did then i had problems.

Well just letting you know that numbers are important. Find out your numbers and stick to it.

They have fixed terms appointments so that if they do not need you anymore, they can 'let you go'. It's not easy to sack people these days. Keep trying there will be a good job for you.

Have you ever considered the choices that you make? As for the job thing, you may have to look outside of your community. It's an American tradition to relocate at least once for a job.

Do a job you are happiest with and then visualise yourself wherever you want to be. Our reality starts with us, we are what think we are. A word of advice don't get into office politics before you get the appointment.

Probably just fate. Keep trying, you might be shocked at what good will happen in future.
Sorry you have to take benefits, but chances are that your luck, as it were, will change!
