I have the same prob.. I did mines in Dec and the hair didn't grow all the way back out. You can wax it but it would be pretty much the shape u did in Dec. Unless the person is really trained that they can look @ the fine hair and see the shape and then wax it even though it won't be full and you can just use Eyebrow shadow to fill it in.
You can shave it instead of waxing becuase remember the hair grows back fine when u wax, so if you shave it... the hair so supposed to grow back thicker/coarser. Then when it's grown you can wax again.

Here's the link to the best article re: eyebrow shaping I've found:

If you can stand it, book an appointment w/ a professional and leave your brows entirely alone for 2-3 weeks. The appointment will be your motive. You want to create a "blank slate" for the professional & the best shape possible.
In the meantime, you can use clear brow gel to give them some shape and have some control. Maybelline makes a really good clear one. Their red brow pencils are pretty good for filling in spaces & come in different shades.
I've heard some people use apply Rogaine to their brows to encourage growth.

Yes, there is probably some fine hairs that you are unable to see which will affect how the overall shape looks. Book yourself in for another wax and you will be amazed at how good it looks.

i suggest you opt for threading. it is better than waxing and you get a better shape. you can have your eyebrows threaded from mostly Asian and Turkish salons. they have started to do they at house of Fraser and debehams but i £13 it is more than double of what it should be. i thread once a month and not more often and i apply ylang ylang oil on my eye brows to make the hair grow

Yes, the beautician will be able to that for you. Much easier and less painful than trying to shape them yourself with tweezers!
