Kingdom Hearts III isn't in production right now. Now, the company is focusing on re:Chain of memories and Final Mix for Kingdom Hearts II. Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix IS being released in the US.
For Kingdom Heart III, little is known except a new project being announced in the series this year. (probably during the tokyo game show in september)
Some games have already jumped from sony that were created by Square-Enix. (Dragon Warrior) Square-Enix says two other francises will be transported to the Wii. Kingdom Hearts is highly rumored to be jumping ship to the Wii after the releases of Re: Chain of Memories and Final Mix.

To address a former answer, Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix is, as of now, a Japanese-only sort of 'director's cut' version of the game.
Kingdom Hearts 3 will definitely NOT be on the PS2, and I've even heard rumors of it being on the wii (which might be fun with motion-sensor keyblade fighting), but I've also heard that it might pop up on the XBOX 360. Square-Enix doesn't want to favor any system in particular with the new consoles, so we'll just have to wait until they start making a new one to find out what's going on.

OK an actual Kingdom Hearts 3. I think that will likely be on PS3 but I really don't know.

i found out in the E.G.M the feb issue i think and it's for the ps2 it comes out this fall and it's called KINGDOM HEARTS 2: FINAL MIX
