When I go over a speed bump while turning, the front end over the right tire makes a groaning noise, and I was wondering what it could be.

It does not make any noise when going over bumps in straight line. i also replaced control arm bracket a few weeks ago.

Its the Constant Velocity joints that have worn out. An indicator of that is when you turn hard or even slightly when badly worn, they click and groan.

First before you spend the big bucks on those CV joints, get a look at the rubber boots that enclose those joints. They might have failed. Those are replacable You can get them at Autozone.
