In the official continuity of DC comics Kal-El and Lois have never had any children. As far as I know in any of the TV shows that hasn't happened either. There have been some Elseworld stories and other non-canon tales where Lois gets pregnant but super-baby kicks her so hard she dies. In the story "Kingdom Come" Superman and Wonder Woman are expecting and choose Bruce Wayne to be the Godfather. (Excellent story BTW). And of course the new movie has Lois bearing the fruit of Clark's loins, but most writers have avoided this since Superman's DNA is more than likely not compatible with us mere mortals.
