I think your nips are there for the long run... you could probably get plastic surgery or something, but that's a little drastic...

This question is obviously very important to you, since this is your first activity on this site. I would hate for you to be disappointed. Your age is important here. If you are going through puberty, this may be just a temporary condition - especially if you are male, (which I think you are). If you are female, the same may apply but is less likely. Among MANY men this is considered very desirable. Acceptance may then be the answer. If you are not undergoing puberty and this bothers you as much as it appears to, then an endocrine, (hormonal) work-up may be indicated, (though expensive).......Here's what I would do. DHEA (dihydro-epiandrosterone) is a safe, cheap over the counter dietary supplement, (taken daily by millions, including me, because it is called the anti-aging supplement). This might be of interest to you because one of it's metabolites is testosterone which could correct a male/female hormone imbalance at a cost of about five bucks and save you the million dollar work-up. I would not reccommend this unless I was impressed by your level of concern because this site is rather unaccepting of body alteration, (by any means) and some of medication in general. I'm opening myself up to criticism because I think you want to know what all your options are and this is much more reasonable than surgery, which was mentioned above. I wish you the best. Come back to this site. We're good people.

Maybe work your pectoral muscles, so they become stronger and more toned, and then they mightget smaller...but other than that, they're there forever.
