Paige's mom and dad were never married.... The charmed ones mom and Sam her white lighter were in love but never got married... The only witch/white lighter I know of is Piper and Leo.

Paige's mother had a secret affair with her white lighter....after the birth, she took Paige to a catholic church and asked the nun to find the baby a good home. The only thing the mother asked was that her first name start with a "P".
