I don't know how to stop it for the demo. I think that since its not the full version, you can't take it out. Just buy the real version, you'll be satisfied.

You just have to change the names of the files, but I have done this before, and unlike BF2, it does not shorten the time before you get to the logon screen. You just stare at a blank screen for the same amount of time that the movies would be running.

I believe you hit enter or escape. That should take you right to the game.
