You require your starter motor replacing/repairing.
The problem will get worse and worse until it won't start at all.
Don't buy a new one get a reconditioned one it cheaper try an auto electrician.

A common problem with some GM cars is that after you run on the free way and go into gas station to gas up and try to restart, seems like the battery went dead or starter problem.

However, its the "spark advance" controlled by the engine computer and a module that is the problem. Causes hard cranking when engine is warm or hot due to spark set too far in advance. I had to replace the engine computer to rid of this problem at Autozone for $70

Sounds very like a flat battery. Are your lights good and bright when you try to start and this happens? If they are, it may be the starter or solenoid sticking, but I'd bet you'll find them dim, proving the battery problem.
It may be the battery packing up, especially if it's more than a few years old. They do tend to die at this time of year.

Your battery is low or needs charging or changing, probably. The clicks you can hear are the solenoid trying to turn and engage the starter motor.

Spray the spark plugs, with WD40, - they're probably just DAMP!

CHANGE NEW BATTERY OR CHARGE THE BATTERY WITH NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE KABELS.
