Just wondering a general guesstimate of how much. LCD screen is cracked and it is totally unusable. Great computer, just wondering how much it would cost to fix it?

Hey, you can buy a factory lcd for your laptop on ebay for about $50 and probably another $50 to replace it, or you can replace it yourself!!

Well, to give you an accurate guesstimate, I would have to know the model of the laptop.
Newer laptops, (1-2 yrs) you are going pay at least $200 for the lcd itself, maybe even up to $400 if it is brand new. You might be able to find some used ones on ebay for cheaper, but not much cheaper for the newer ones.
Older laptops, you can find used LCD's for much cheaper.
Labor for replacing the LCD could run anywhere from 1-2 hours of their standard labor charge depending on the tech. Really, it should not take more than 20 minutes if the tech knows what he/she is doing.

replacing screen will not fix the problem go to the local service and check it and get the estimate it will about less than 100$ don't try to repair unless ur qualified

i am guessing $100 plus parts and labor if u can't do it urself
u can get it off of ebay though......
it depends if it is worth the money, is it and old or only a coulple of years old laptop? if it is only a couple of years old it is worth it. if it is any more it is not i think
