Howard Stern is a man that the public has not heard speak, so therefor we have not heard his side of things, or what he thinks or feels. All we have heard is the negative comments and assumptions of others. So , how can we judge Howard stern? Just because he got left with the golden baby don't make him the culprit does, it? Lets wait until we hear what the man says/ Just like Anna's family saying all this stuff about him, claiming he kept her away from them. Now really, do you think if Anna really wanted to be around her family that she would have let him stop her? NOT,,,,, Anna wanted to stay away from her family for what ever reason, and their separation has been going on for a long time and they weren't talking about it then so why now? Cuz the money, the baby, and what they can get, like everyone else mixed up in this drama. Lets wait until we hear what ol' Howard has to say for himself and then we can form our opinions, and then they will be OUR opinions and not that of others......Anna was not a stupid woman, if she trusted Howard, there must have been a reason.....

im not going to draw any conclusion because we dont have all the facts, but i do know that hes a lawyer and laywers know all the routes of manuvering the system. its seems to fishy how all this happend in matter of months. By the way anna may not be stupid but i guarntee that this howard stern guy is alot smarter and sneekier then anna nicole.

He does seem like he's 'acting' for the cameras when it comes to the whole Anna Nicole ordeal. I don't think that he's the father, but we will see. I guess only Anna Nicole and God knows who the father really is.

He's a lawyer----i think that says it all.
And, if you'll notice when he's interviewed on camera, he can never look the camera in the eye----he's always looking down.
A billion dollars is a lot of enticement----SOMEBODY is getting methodone in pill form (a huge bottle of it, from the TV photo), and it's a deadly drug. Two people are dead, and there is the legal confusion of "hiding out" from media in another country.
All ingredients that work perfectly in a murder plot.........

yes, it does seem like that, she done it, now he's doing it, and so are the other perspective fathers and so what. Also, the guys who shagged her would never have admitted to it until she died, they did not care who the father was, till she croaked it and there was a possibility of getting all the cash and not having to share it with her and the child.

She has no money to speak of, as yet. Anyone who has ever boned her is coming out of the woodwork to claim that they are her child's father. The child may inherit hundreds of million of dollars from Smith's estate once all legal challenges to the money have been settled.

And, i predict he isnt the father of that baby. Oh and there is 5 men saying they might be the father now...Personally, she probley will have the last last laugh when they find out its acually the oil tycoon's baby because she had his sperm frozen to insure her fortune. we will see i guess
