As long as the printer drivers are compatible with your operating system you can use any printer.
With that little of RAM I suspect you are running Win95 or Win98.

most of the cheap printers should work. sounds like you have a computer with the old sims ram. open up your computer and see how many memory slots you have with nothing in them. you can still buy the memory and add to it. you'll have to get the ram in pair as it take two sticks to work as one. if you have simms, it is 72pin memory. you can buy it cheap on ebay. i have a buch here but all i got left are 16megs.

Any printer should work. The issue you will face is the connection type (do you have USB, parallel, both?) and making sure the printer you buy has the same connection type for your system....

64 MB RAM?
What operating system? Linux, Win 3.1, 95, 98 ?
USB, Serial, Parallel ports?
