If you mean the one that must be sung the fastest (most lyrics in the shortest amount of time), then I have two contenders:
Figaro's opening aria in Rossini's "The Barber of Seville." The last measures are at a breakneck speed.
Second "Getting Married Today" from Stephen Sondheim's musical "Company" is amazingly fast. In fact, the composer's instructions say it is to be sung as fast as possible.
Additionally, the "patter songs" that are found in most of Gilbert and Sullivan's operettas are polysyllabic tongue twisters that are a challenge to any singer.
