1.) Ciara is the better singer. Her singing is new and it has hip hop beats in it. Rihanna, she's from Barbados, so it won't be as crunk.
2.)Ciara, definitely is the better dancer. I love the way she dances. She's also very flexible.
3.) Ciara does make better music. Rihanna talks about"Pon the Replay" and "Girl Like Me" It's kind of childish.Ciara gets it fresh and new.

I think Ciara is a better singer and dancer, and I think she makes better music. I think she'd definitely have a bit more staying power than Rihanna. Not that I don't enjoy Rihanna's music, I just prefer Ciara's.

4)I don't really think either will be around that long,I mean they all just come from eachother,In the song roll,there's a girl called shontelle in it,who I think could be the next Rihanna,and another girl called Natasha looks like she trying to be Ciara.So by then,there will probably be newer artists that are just like them.But if I had to choose I'd say Ciara would last longer.
