I'm not sure about taking medicine orally. But you can use the cream and the pads.

Call your Dr. and see what they have to say. Ask them if you can use a cream or the pads. Preperation H is what my OB told me to use. See if it is safe for you to use as well. You need something I dont think anyone should have to deal with this problem..

doesn't matter how far along you are.. i would not self diagnose yourself.... if you take them, and you really didn't need it.. and it hurt your baby you could never live with yourself.. I would go to the docs.
