What did I do wrong?
In the Excel when I wanted to fill in the color. First, I am high light the place I wanted to fill the color in. Then, I click the arrow at fill color and click the color I chose. It did high light, but it only show on my print preview. It didn’t show on my paper. Please tell me what I did wrong, and what I need to re-do the installing? I have Microsoft Office Word 2003 teacher and students.
It have nothing to do with my printer. I got an excellent printer that print color, black and write and make copy. My question is about the Excel page itself. Why it didn’t show up in the page?

1. open the file, click print preview
2. click setup... button, sheet tab, if draft quality should be unchecked, as it will skip graphics
3. black and white should be unchecked too, as it will turn colors into greyscale printing.
4. click ok button at lower right corner to confirm the change
5. print the doc again
you should have the colour back on print :)

Print it as a pdf file. If no colors, then Excel is probably the cause. Otherwise, its your printer setup. Sometimes the problem is solved by going the roundabout road eg print it as pdf, then print the pdf file. Since you are a high scorer, I assume you know how to go about it.
