With depression running rampant and all the problems we face, I thought it would be a good idea to sit down and meditate on something positive.

The best thing in my life right now is I'M ALIVE! I've had heart surgery awhile ago and was pleased to wake up. I've had lots of sadness for the last year but I continue to be able to focus on at least one good thing a day. I think the key is not to dwell on all the negatives but to focus on at lest one good think in your day how ever small. The good thing about today is I'm in a nice warm house and not homeless. and was able to make my elderly neighbor smile. That made me feel good.

Sure!!! My fiance and I are getting married 4-7-07, we just bought two landscaping companies and we are currently house hunting which is always fun!! Life is good.

My job is going amazing. I'm a new 1st grade teacher, and the kids in my class are amazing! So full of potential, I can't wait to see what they do with their life!

My daughter..she is 7 months old...and I got a new job...and I close on my first house on Fri.
