Make sure you're ingesting the recommended number of calories everyday, I know sometimes it's hard to eat as much as they want you to but it's for the babies health. Make sure you have plenty of protien in your diet. Good Luck and I'm sure everything will be fine.

Yes, you must eat a healthy diet with lots of protein, veggies, fruit and take the prenatal vitamin every day. Get the calories you need through good nourishing foods like broiles and steamed meats and veggies. Fresh or fruit that is in it's own juice, nuts and raisind, banannas, apples and p. butter, celery and p. butter, whole grain ceraels and breads and no soda or nitrates like in hoitdogs or lunch meats. Eat chicken salad from canned chicken and mayo with onion and celery chopped up. Eat good foods often and you will be ok. don't try to watch your weight, it will come off after the baby is born healthy. You will do it then girl!!!

Protein, Protein, Protein!
Our bodies (and indeed our baby's bodies) are made of mostly protein. Eating a healthy diet with good sources of lean protein (80-100 grams per day) can help your body make a bigger baby. A good diet to check out is the Brewer's Diet for pregnancy.

Your doctor will better give you directions on the diet you need to be on to have a healthy baby. Don't take advise from anyone who is not a doctor your life and your baby's life is worth a professional answer.
