It's spelled Rotweiler and I would suggest you check with your local ASPCA or keep your eye on the classifieds for someone who can't take their dog to a new place. Quite often you can get a really nice 2-3 year old dog this way.

You can't usually get one that cheap that has a pedigree unless you find one that is in a kennel too long that no one has bought... When they get too old, they sell them rather cheaply. Too bad though that by that time, they are mentally and emotionally useless and hard to train and even have health problems... Hip Displaysia (spelling) etc...
You'll have to check your local Sunday paper in the; "Pets For Sale." section, to see if you can find one for that little money?

Try a dog shelter or pound.
